Wyze.me stores your bank account username and bank account password encrypted with Windows Credential Manager on your computer. Wyze.me does not store bank account credentials on its server. Wyze.me uses the same 256-bit SSL encryption as your bank. We’re also verified and monitored by third party expert VeriSign.
We safeguard Wyze with your own 4-digit PIN so only you can view your account. If your mobile device is ever lost or stolen, you must send us an email with your login name to support@wyze.me so we can freeze your account. Then nobody can login to your account until you ask for a new password.
In the top right corner, click on user name and choose “Delete my Profile”. No user data is stored in wyze.me afterwards.
On the sign in page choose “Forgot Password” and then type in the email address you gave at registration so we can send you a link to reset your wyze.me password.
In the top right corner click on your user name then “Edit my Profile”. You can type in a new email address in the appropriate box.
We aggregate bank data for your account when you click refresh and we update your transaction list at the same time.
